Terms of Use
Effective Date: 2026-07-02
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SlideRebuild, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.
2. Description of Service
SlideRebuild provides tools that allow users to upload images, screenshots, scanned pages, and PDF files and convert them into editable PowerPoint files. The service may detect text, analyze layouts, reconstruct slide elements, generate editable text boxes, recreate shapes and visual layers, and produce downloadable PPTX files.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload to SlideRebuild. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to upload, process, convert, and download such content using the service. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, contains unlawful material, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Content Processing and Outputs
SlideRebuild uses automated systems to analyze uploaded files and generate editable PowerPoint output. The generated PPTX files may include reconstructed text, shapes, images, colors, layouts, and other slide elements. Because conversion is automated, outputs may contain errors, missing elements, formatting differences, inaccurate text recognition, font substitutions, alignment issues, or other imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before using them for business, educational, legal, professional, or public purposes.
5. Ownership of Uploaded Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to SlideRebuild. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, analyze, convert, and generate output from your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or generated PowerPoint files.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SlideRebuild. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to disrupt or overload the service, bypassing usage limits, accessing systems without authorization, uploading malware or harmful code, reverse engineering the service, using automated scraping or abuse patterns, or using the service in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
7. Sensitive and Confidential Content
SlideRebuild may be used to process files that contain business, educational, or presentation materials. You are responsible for deciding whether a file is appropriate to upload. You should not upload confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or personal data unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable with the service processing that content according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
Some features of SlideRebuild may require payment, credits, or a subscription. Prices, usage limits, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules may be displayed on the website or during checkout. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchasing. Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full payment card details.
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that SlideRebuild will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. The service may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose file size limits, page limits, conversion limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions to maintain performance and prevent abuse.
10. Intellectual Property
SlideRebuild, including its software, website, design, workflows, branding, logos, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by the service operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of SlideRebuild except as allowed by applicable law or expressly permitted by us.
11. Third-Party Services
SlideRebuild may rely on third-party services for hosting, file storage, AI processing, OCR, analytics, payments, email delivery, and other operational functions. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, security, or terms of third-party services that are not under our control.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
SlideRebuild is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We also do not guarantee that generated PowerPoint files will perfectly match the original image or PDF.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideRebuild and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, files, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the period permitted by applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SlideRebuild if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for other users or our systems, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that may expose us or others to legal, security, or operational risk.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SlideRebuild after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
